The Approved Job Descriptions and Person Specifications for Local Governments (2024) is an official human resource management document issued by the Ministry of Public Service to standardize job roles within Uganda’s local government system. It provides detailed job descriptions for established local government positions, outlining the job purpose, key duties and responsibilities, reporting relationships, supervisory roles, and performance expectations.
